Adrian Czyczerski
For over 10 years, he has been leading Meeting Application, responsible for the product direction and platform development. He is behind the system's transformation into a comprehensive event ecosystem used worldwide. In 2023, he was included in the list of the most influential people in the event industry by Eventex.

Michał Kalisz
Architect of Meeting Application technology. Responsible for the stability, scalability, and development of the system, which today handles events with up to 200,000 participants. Creator of many key innovations and the foundations of the current infrastructure.
Natalia Nowak
For years she was an event organizer, so she perfectly understands the needs of clients. She takes care of processes, implementations, and the quality of work with the platform. She helps organizers turn system functions into real improvements in their daily tasks.

Julia Gościniak
Oversees every product update. During the event season, she ensures peace of mind — taking care of quality, tests, implementations, and fixes. Her attention to detail is one of the reasons why Meeting Application is considered a stable and predictable system.

Why it's worth believing and not being afraid of challenges
We gained experience in times when no one knew what an event application
was, in times when you couldn't leave home, and in times when AI became a partner in our daily
tasks.
We survived COVID, the war at our neighbors', and the digital transformation of how
events are organized - we are characterized by perseverance in pursuing the change of the status
quo.

2012
Meeting Application is born
This year the idea turned into an actual product. Radek Paklikowski
and Łukasz Kuna quickly realized that an event is a living organism that needs a tool for fast
exchange of information with and between participants. The first events were dedicated apps that
required weeks, sometimes months of work.
In Poland, we are the first company building
technology for events.. and not many of us don't want. With first successes, we set out to
conquer the world!
2013
Need breeds idea
The idea to create a platform where organizers create and manage app
content themselves is born. A process lasting nearly 2 years begins.
In Poland, we create
an application for the Woodstock Festival (now Pol'and'Rock), CD-Projekt Fair, an application
for the Śląsk Wrocław basketball community, and we begin our first shy conquests in the USA.


2014
System premiere and recruitments that change the course of history.
Adrian Czyczerski joins the team as an Account Manager. Only after 2
months does he realize it's a startup and you can come to work in flip-flops. After another
month, he gets used to the sound of table football during a meeting being a daily
occurrence.
In November, we loudly celebrate the start of a new version of the system -
we are described in The Wire and Tech Crunch as one of the key event systems in the world. We
even win an award, but so far no one has picked up the statuette because we don't remember what
award and from whom.
2015
Big successes and big changes.
American dream on Polish soil - Adrian Czyczerski, the man who didn't
know what a startup was, becomes its owner. A period in which we already cooperate with global
players: Mindvalley, Care, US Ministry of Health, or the Ministry of Digitalization of Singapore
- these are just some of our achievements then. Or rather the achievements of the sales team,
who don't know what Polish modesty is.
Thanks to Mateusz Sowa, we take serious first
steps in Poland realizing events for key events: ABSL, Infoshare, Mobile Trends, Coca-Cola,
Reebok Fitness Camp.


2018
Growing in strength.
There are already 10 of us, we realize events for Fortune 500
companies, government organizations, and key music festivals. Orange, Founders Financial, Credit
Agricole, Grupa Żywiec, Porsche, Sephora, Żabka, mBank, or Santander. We become the official
event app for Oriflame and DHL.
We take our first steps in politics supporting the UK
Labour Party, supporting events of the European Commission, NATO, and the Italian Blue
Party.
Accor makes us a proposal to build a system for creating and managing events in
their hotel chains. Kvarko ASI invests in this idea - a subsidiary, Hotel Application, is born,
which is to improve processes and communication in event organization departments in hotels.
2020
It's been better..
In January, we finish the 2.0 version of our product written from
scratch and the spin-off for Hotel Application. A system is born that is ahead of market
standards for years. We fly around Europe and train hotel managers realizing the first events
for them.
Two months later there is the first lockdown - we lose 100% of clients and part
with over 20 people in the team. What we don't lose is the hope that it will be
better.

2020 - 2023
Online, Jaśmina and a new stage
Meeting Application stops being a mobile app for events - the first
version of web pages is born, we integrate with Live Webinar and start taking steps in ticket
sales. Uncertain times - every two months we change the event organization policy and we don't
know in which direction to develop. We do online events on the largest scale in Poland, but no
one comes to them..
Polska2050 presents Meeting Application at its congress as a "guest
who will change Polish politics". Jaśmina becomes the first Polish app connecting a party and
its supporters directly. We make sure that honesty in politics is like an online event
participant - if it's there, it's only for a moment and mostly faceless.
We continue
working with the product: month after month we become a platform that allows you to
independently create an event page, start ticket sales or print badges - without computers and
scanners, only with our app.
20242025
Meeting Application 3.0
The system changes beyond recognition - the possibility of handling
events up to 100,000 participants, a new version of the site (WYSIWYG), kiosks for
self-collection of badges are just some of the changes that took place at the beginning of the
year.
Automation and AI cause that as a 5-person company we are able to support the
same number of events as when we were a 20-person team in 2019 working even closer with the
client - focusing on conceptual support.
