We developed Meeting Application in 2013. The first step was to understand the biggest issues in event managers daily jobs. According to our research problems were different. In consequence, we have come up with the solution that is universal yet flexible. The app that fits events of any type and size.
The next goal was to address these common issues and the changing demands of event organizers and attendees. We quickly figured out that there was a mutual need for making communication more effective, providing up-to-date content and enabling networking. That is why we based the app functionalities on these 3 concepts.
We knew this should be a highly intuitive tool as planners are extremely busy. Taking all these aspects into account we focused on painless setup, effortless usage, and product usability. Our work paid off quickly. The app usefulness and user-friendly administration panel have made it very popular all around the world.
As of today Meeting Application has been used on 6 continents, in more than 31 countries.
